Message: Had phone appointment scheduled a month ahead and was told will get a call on appointment day and time. Nothing 7 minutes past appointment. I call the clinic and lady says whoever supposed to meet me is in the surgery. I took my time off from work and they just casually telling me whoever was supposed to conduct my appointment is not available.. I get it things get busy, but you have to have procedure of check-in of phone call appointments so that front desk can call and notify that appointment is expected to be late with new estimate or option to reschedule. The complaint is not even for missing appointment or being late. It is for lack of front desk engagement with patient during those situations. I think, this clinic is seriously lacking on phone appointment procedures.. Besides challenges of phone appointments, Doctor and Staff were great. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Message: This is a beautiful CoxHealth facility. Super nice and clean inside the building as well. Variety of medical services are available here.
